Winter 2025 Graduation:

Celebrating New Beginnings and a Year of Growth

Reconcile’s Winter 2025 Graduation marked a powerful moment of celebration as we honored the final graduating class of the year. Surrounded by a packed room of family, friends, staff, and supporters, this milestone reflected the growth and progress of a cohort of young people ready to take their next steps.

This graduating class included 24 Interns, each completing Reconcile’s training program with new skills and clearer direction for what comes next. Their journeys remind us that growth happens through consistency, care, and opportunity, especially when young people are supported by a community that believes in their potential.

The ceremony celebrated the many varied and unique pathways success can take.

A few from this cohort include:

· Jerry turned his passion for physical fitness into employment with YouFit Gyms after completing a successful Externship.

· Jamera is wrapping up her Externship in the Engineering Department at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, gaining hands-on experience and career exposure.

· Gracia built strong customer service skills during training and secured full-time employment in the healthcare field.

Each story reflects how Interns use Reconcile as a launch point toward futures that fit their talents and goals.

The evening also featured remarks from guest speaker Kieara Washington, a Trainer Advocate at Café Reconcile and a trusted mentor to many Interns. Kieara shared reflections grounded in service, encouragement, and care, drawing from her own experience supporting young people as they explore strengths and shape their paths forward.

As we close out 2025, our Winter Graduation stands as a reminder of the many accomplishments and milestones young people achieved this year. It takes a community supporting them to ensure all young people have access, guidance, and belief to pursue their ambitions confidently.
