A new year is here, and so is a new wave of possibilities.

As Reconcile steps into 2026, we are starting with momentum, thanks to our community showing up in a big way during Year End Giving. Together, Reconcile donors raised $140,000 to directly fund our first cohort of Interns in their workforce training journey this year.

This is not just a number. It’s a launch plan.

You, our community, make opportunity possible from day one.

Workforce training takes more than talent. Young people also need stability, consistency, and the right tools to keep showing up. Your donations fund the essentials that help Interns begin training, ready to learn and ready to grow. Because of donor support, young people in training will have:

• meals that fuel long training days

• uniforms that build confidence and professionalism

• wellness support that helps young people stay grounded

• career coaching that turns interest into real pathways

• transportation to keep opportunity within reach

These essentials remove barriers that can stand between a young person and their next step. When those barriers are reduced, training becomes more accessible, more consistent, and more likely to lead to long lasting outcomes.

For young people in New Orleans, this really matters. Reconcile is here to help young people build skills, develop confidence, and find a clear path into the workforce.
