Reconcile’s annual Impact Webinar brought donors and partners together for a close-up look at how young people in New Orleans continue to grow, learn, and take their next steps into the workforce with confidence. Guided by our CEO, the annual conversation highlighted the many ways donors and philanthropists’ generosity shaped this year, from expanded training opportunities, to stronger Alumni support, and powerful moments of visibility during our 25th Anniversary Celebrations.

The presentation offered a look at the year through our new strategic plan, showing how enhanced programming, deeper Alumni engagement, and stronger partnerships are helping young people move from early stabilization into education and career pathways that match their goals. We also shared how your belief in young people fuels their progress every day, creating a steady foundation of support that makes long-term growth possible.

Throughout the session, we lifted up stories that remind us that young people’s transition from adolescence into adulthood happens over time and within community. Whether strengthening mental health resources, opening doors to new job placements, or building a wider ecosystem of support citywide, Reconcile’s 2025 impact reflects what is possible when young people are met with care, opportunity, and a community that stands beside them.
