At Reconcile, all young people are embraced and empowered to pursue their potential.  That vision began more than 20 years thanks to the charismatic leadership of one of our founders - Fr. Harry Tompson, S.J.

Fr. Tompson believed that the future was bright because of the young people in our community.  And you, Reconcile’s circle of champions, believe the same.  You know that future up-and-coming professionals are from right here at home.  And with your help, their talent can shine!

This July, more than 70 Interns are training at Reconcile. They are talented, dedicated, and passionate about their futures! Every day, they tackle workshops honing new job readiness skills, work side-by-side in our Café, and learn more about what professional pathways interest them. Later this month, they will prepare resumes and practice interview techniques to match with Employment Partners.

Interns are putting in their hard work. And we need your help so they feel prepared and confident.
