Reconcile's Emeril Lagesse Hospitality Center buzzed with excitement and opportunity as Reconcile’s Program Manager of Employment and Alumni Engagement Toya Crosby hosted the quarterly Reconcile Career Day for Interns and Alumni. This day bridged the gap between emerging talent in our community and industry professionals, fostering networks that could blossom into meaningful career pathways.

2024 Reconcile Career Day Employment Partners

Reconcile Interns and Alumni, plus special young talent from Job 1 and YEP, came together to network with experts to gain valuable insight, discover new career pathways, and learn about navigating their career journey with newfound confidence. Each young adult participated in exclusive networking sessions, interactive discussions, and career development. We are excited for the bright futures ahead for our Reconcile family.
