Celebrating Fall Graduates:
New Skills, New Confidence, New Beginnings
In September 2025, Café Reconcile proudly celebrated the achievements of its newest class of graduates, young professionals who completed 14 weeks of training, exploring career pathways and discovering new skills. At the completion of their training, graduates connected to an education or professional pathway of their choosing, regardless of industry, and are now in their Alumni journey.
Family members, employer partners, and staff gathered to honor the graduates’ accomplishments and reflect on the courage, creativity, and dedication it takes to complete the program. The ceremony featured guest speaker Clarence Derrick Foster II, founder of CodeClarence and finance student at Louisiana State University, who encouraged graduates to keep building their skills and stay open to every new opportunity ahead.
Graduation is more than a milestone; it is the beginning of what comes next. Reconcile graduates leave with a foundation of practical experience, professional confidence, and a community that continues to cheer them on as they grow.
