Celebrating a New Partnership
Community Investment with AmeriHealth Caritas Foundation
Reconcile is grateful to celebrate a new partnership with AmeriHealth Caritas Foundation, marked by a recent check presentation and community gathering in New Orleans. This investment reflects a shared commitment to supporting young people as they build stability confidence and momentum on their path toward education and employment.
Through this grant investment of $125,000 Reconcile will strengthen its community led youth life skills and workforce development work. The funding supports young people ages 16 to 24 as they engage in job readiness training, career exploration, and on-the-job learning while receiving individualized case management and access to mental health and wellness supports. These resources help remove barriers and ensure young people can fully participate in training and take their next steps with clarity and confidence.
This partnership recognizes that workforce success is deeply connected to well-being. By pairing career development with whole person supports Reconcile helps young people build the skills relationships, and stability needed to thrive not only in their first job or education pathway but over the long term.
We are thankful to the Foundation for their belief in young people and their investment in solutions that strengthen individuals families and communities. Together, we are expanding access to opportunity and creating pathways for lasting change in New Orleans.
