Summer 2025 Graduation
Celebrating the Class of 2025:
Reconcile’s Second Graduation Ceremony Marks a Milestone Year
This summer, Reconcile New Orleans proudly celebrated our second graduation ceremony of 2025—right in the heart of our 25th anniversary year. It was a moment to honor progress, purpose, and the power of possibility.
Now in our milestone year, Reconcile continues to serve as a launching pad for young people building the futures they envision for themselves. As a nationally recognized workforce training program, we provide more than just job skills—we offer stability, coaching, and opportunities to explore the career or education pathways that align with each young person’s talents and goals.
This graduating class embodied all that’s possible when young people have the tools and support to move forward. Among the many inspiring journeys we celebrated:
Ziyeh earned their HiSet diploma and completed a professional externship at Kimpton Hotel Fontenot, gaining real-world experience in the hospitality industry.
Tyell completed two workforce training programs—ours and STRIVE New Orleans—laying the groundwork for a future in healthcare and office operations.
Brion is heading to Delgado Community College this summer to begin the Early Childhood Development Program, preparing for a career centered around learning and care.
Each graduate brings a story of courage, commitment, and growth. And each one reminds us why Reconcile exists: to connect young people to careers, classrooms, and community—so they can thrive.
As we mark 25 years of this work in New Orleans, we look ahead with gratitude and determination. Because when young people succeed, our whole city moves forward.
Congratulations, Class of 2025. You are the future—and the future looks bright.
