REMEMBERING KIMBERLY E. CHAVIS

Friday, March 10th, Reconcile very unexpectedly lost a beloved and trusted member of our community, Kimberly Chavis. Kimberly was a member of the Program Department, serving as our Curriculum and Training Specialist – a key team member in our ability to integrate occupational training into café operations.

But she was so much more – Kimberly made Reconcile a warm and welcoming space for all. She made sure everyone felt valued and seen. And her million-dollar smile transformed the room she occupied, making everyone’s day a bit brighter. She was a cheerleader, collaborator, advocate, and friend.

Beyond her talents here at Reconcile, Kimberly was a loving wife and mother of four children. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Kimberly, you will be missed and forever in our hearts.
