RECONCILE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SEARCH

A comprehensive search for a new Executive Director is underway for Reconcile New Orleans. Applications are now being accepted and Reconcile asks their community to help in connecting interested candidates. 

The search is being led by Reconcile’s Executive Board Committee and Chaired by RNO’s Board Chair, Maria Huete and incoming Board Chair Chris Ross. The search will be guided by trepwise, a New Orleans-based growth consulting firm who has guided Reconcile in its recent 3-year strategic planning initiative.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for executing the mission and aspirational objectives of the organization, building upon the strength of the current team to further its vision. This leader is a professional collaborator who can effectively partner with a wide range of stakeholders and continue to drive high levels of performance.
