Reconcile’s Professional Development field trip recently took us beyond the cafe and office spaces into the lush greenery of Grow Dat Youth Farm. The purpose? An enriching team-building field trip that brought our interns and staff together for a day of learning and growth.

The day was perfect for exploring the farm’s sustainable agricultural practices and immersing ourselves in the vibrant ecosystem they have nurtured diligently. Our hosts at Grow Dat guided us through their fantastic land, sharing insights and expert knowledge about sustainable farming practices and the importance of fostering an environmentally friendly approach to food production. This was more than just a chance to observe but to engage, understanding the layers of hard work and dedication that go into every inch of the dynamics of the work and production at Grow Dat Farms.
