Celebrating Our Fall 2026 Graduates!
On September 16, Reconcile celebrated another important milestone as 12 young people completed workforce training and graduated from our Fall 2026 cohort. Graduation marks more than the completion of a program. It represents months of learning, growth, career exploration, and preparation for what comes next.
Throughout their training journey, graduates built workplace skills, explored career pathways, and gained hands-on experience through work-based learning. As they transition into employment, education, and new opportunities, they carry with them the confidence and experience gained through their time at Reconcile.
A few graduates are already taking exciting next steps:
Tyler is continuing his occupational skill development in IT with Operation Spark, building on the technical foundation he started at Reconcile.
Magnolia is furthering her hospitality skills through NOCHI's Hilton Hospitality Pathway program, deepening the experience she gained in our training restaurant.
Dyah, who participated in our Summer Engagement Program for the past two summers, is now a senior at NOCCA, carrying that early exposure into the next stage of her journey.
Graduation also welcomed Judge Leon T. Roche II as our keynote speaker. Judge Roche reflected on what it meant to celebrate this group of graduates taking their next steps toward employment, education, and opportunity — and shared one of the most meaningful moments of the day for him: seeing a young man he had once referred to Reconcile through his own courtroom now standing proudly as a graduate. As Judge Roche put it, "That is what second chances can look like when accountability is met with real opportunity."
This celebration reflected the hard work of our graduates and the community of supporters, staff, Employment Partners, families, and friends who helped them along the way. We are proud of all they have accomplished and look forward to seeing where their journeys lead next.
