We’re thrilled to announce the graduation of our first cohort of 2025 graduates, marking a huge milestone for both the young people who are now stepping confidently into their next chapter and for Reconcile New Orleans as we celebrate our 25th anniversary.

16 incredible young people have officially completed our workforce training program and are now connecting with exciting opportunities in education and employment. This graduation is the first of four we’ll host this year, all of which will continue to shape the future of our city, one graduate at a time.

As we look back on 25 years of impact, this moment is a true reflection of our legacy: homegrown talent, ready to make an impact in the world.
